It's back to the tiny treasures for Christmas!

So I've been away for a while... I've been trying to figure out all of this Etsy stuff, with advice coming from all directions. From trying to please the Search Engine with every word I use in my shop to experts telling me to double my prices to stop blogging and sending newsletters. Well I figured it's time to go back in time to my old prices, to my most popular products, and to the old ways of using my own words so my customers understand just what it is their buying. So this revelation comes just in time for Christmas! Time to break out my most popular tiny hand stitched items.

Yes I've re listed just about all of my tiny creations that I've been whipping up since I first started my Etsy shop almost two years ago. They make great stocking stuffers and are all reasonably priced. Stop by my shop and take a look. It's guaranteed to make you SMILE :D

Looks like a Llama?

I don't know exactly what this little guy is but I think he's awfully adorable. I snapped this picture at the Barnstable County fair in Cape Cod MA.

How about a little luck?

Anybody out there need a little luck? I know I do.

Well a while back I remembered having troll dolls as a kid. They were right up there with the rabbits foot (I know that was kind of gross) But I'm talking about the LUCK factor.

I've always been all about color. I loved the different colored hair on these little guys. Well to make a long story a little shorter, I gave my niece one of the troll dolls from my shop. She picked out all of the colors down to the tiny beads she picked out for the eyes nose and belly button.

She said she was going to take it to her t-ball game because she just never gets a home run. Well 2 days later she comes running into my house all excited because she got 2 home runs in her t-ball game and her team won. She said "Auntie! I think it was my little good luck doll"! Well I don't know if it was the doll but the look on her face was priceless.

I've never actually made one for myself, but I think I'm going to make one and leave it in my pocket and see what happens. I may even start making them for my family and friends just to see what happens. This just might be an interesting experiment. I think I'll try it. :D

My little Hawaiian girl needs a home....

This is my little Hawaiian girl. I made her last summer and she's been sitting here in my studio ever since. The closest I came to selling her was when one of my customers asked me to make one with blond hair. Well here she sits. I took her out by the water to get a picture of her in her ocean surroundings. Maybe soon she'll have a forever home :)

You can find her here in my shop:

Business card window on a clutch :D

This is my new business card window advertisement on a clutch.

I know that's a mouthful, but that's the only way I know to explain it. I don't know how many times I would be buying a carriage full of fabrics and someone would ask me, "what are you making"? Then I'd be fumbling for my cards, and trying to explain my shop. Not any more!

My bag even strikes up a conversation on the business card someone interested might see. I'm very excited and I hope I can help some of you business women out there.

Ohh, and the best part is that it's really pretty. The little magenta splashes of color on the cream and green look awesome.

I would appreciate any comments :D
